Employees Income Statement on mygov shows Tax Ready, but no figures are showing

Hi,
Our employee has attempted to lodge his 2023 – 2024 tax return but his accountant has said that his Income Statement online shows Tax Ready, but no figures are showing

I can see it through Cashflow. My accountant has checked and had me resubmit it., but is still comes up the same.

Hi Annette,
So sorry for the delay in getting back to you!
We have raised this issue with the ATO as we have found it to be an issue on their system.
One thing that you can try that may help to bring the amounts in, if the last pay was dated on or before the 29/6 a zero pay can be processed for the 30/6 and sent via STP as a new file with the final event indicator ticked.
