I have client who is using Cashflow11 and they send us file end of each quarter to process the BAS. I cant convert this file in Cashflow 12 again this quarter. I had the same issue last quarter and I had to send the file to support. It seems this is ongoing issue.

The reason the program isn’t letting you open the version 11 file is because that file has previously been converted in the version 12 software.
To avoid this issue I would recommend the client to update to version 12 as this is the latest version of our software.
They will need to be on this version to stay compliant with any ATO tax changes.
